Returns Policy
At Lemon & Loom, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with original packaging and tags attached where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items damaged due to customer use, wear, or mishandling
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@lemonandloom.co with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lemon & Loom is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@lemonandloom.co within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order once your refund is processed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Lemon & Loom is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Lemon & Loom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
Pre-Orders or Coming Soon Items
If an item is listed as pre-order, coming soon, or temporarily unavailable, estimated availability or shipping timing will be stated on the product page where applicable.
